New Learning Spaces: POWER LIBRARY

A major improvement to the library is our new shelving.  The are now appropriately sized for an elementary school.   You will notice that our students are taller than our shelves, so all of our collection can easily be accessed by all.

Students don’t seem to have any difficulty understanding the new layout.  All the nonfiction are all the shelves around the perimeter.  All the fiction is housed on the shelves in the middle of the library.

Two small group multimedia stations with a 55″ flat screen display help us understand why we call this a Power Library!
